input file for easy in-channel access. Keywords may be given to restrict the set
of fortunes to select, and in order to discourage spamming, a minimum waittime and banlist
for overly eager users is included.. The ASCII Art Farts fortune file is
used to great effect in the UACS
IRC channel, but presumably a less offensive input file could be used in place
for dantier chatting establishments.
